Effective Date: October 26, 2026

Frequent Fryer Travel, LLC ("Frequent Fryer Travel," "FFT," "we," "us," or "our") respects the privacy of our clients,

prospective clients, and website visitors. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal

information in connection with our website, communications, and travel planning services.

1. Information We Collect

Contact and lead information. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, and information submitted through inquiries,

consultation requests, and lead intake forms. Prospective-client contact information may be maintained in Google-based

intake systems.

Traveler and trip information. Once you become a client, traveler profiles and trip details are primarily maintained in

Tern. This may include names, dates of birth, destinations, travel dates, budgets, preferences, passport details, booking

records, and information needed to coordinate travel. You may voluntarily provide dietary, accessibility, or other relevant

personal needs.

Payments and bookings. Payment authorizations, booking confirmations, billing and transaction details, and payment

information required for approved travel purchases through authorized systems.

Website and communications. Information submitted through the website, newsletter subscriptions, emails, and other

communications, as well as technical information that may be collected through website hosting, logs, cookies, or

analytics technologies.

2. How We Use Information

• Respond to inquiries, arrange consultations, and communicate with prospective clients.

• Research, design, and coordinate itineraries and authorized travel bookings.

• Communicate confirmations, changes, deadlines, and service information.

• Maintain business records, document authorized transactions, and resolve questions or disputes.

• Provide newsletters or promotional communications where permitted.

• Maintain, secure, evaluate, and improve our website and services.

• Meet applicable legal obligations.

3. Sharing Information

We share information as reasonably necessary to deliver requested services, including with airlines, hotels, tour

operators, transportation providers, and other travel suppliers; Tern and other client-management or booking

technologies; Google-based intake and communication services; our website hosting provider; payment processors;

and professional advisors or authorities when appropriate or legally required. We do not sell client personal information.

Independent suppliers and technology providers may apply their own privacy policies.

4. Payment Information

FFT uses client-authorized payment methods for travel purchases and does not advance supplier payments using

company payment cards. Authorized personnel may access payment details through approved systems when

necessary to complete a specifically authorized booking. Please do not send complete card numbers through ordinary

email, text messages, or unsecured forms. We do not intend to retain full payment-card details in general client notes or

unrelated business records.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable administrative and technical precautions to protect personal information and limit access to those

who need it for legitimate business purposes. We rely in part on security controls maintained by our technology service

providers. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

6. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business records, meet legal

obligations, and handle disputes. When it is no longer needed, information may be deleted, de-identified, or otherwise

disposed of under applicable requirements and record-keeping practices. Third-party providers may retain information

under their own policies.

7. Website Cookies and Analytics

Frequent Fryer Travel and its website service providers may use cookies, analytics tools, and similar technologies to

support website functionality, improve user experience, understand visitor activity, and evaluate marketing

effectiveness. These technologies may collect information such as browser type, device information, pages visited, and

interactions with our website. Visitors can manage certain cookie preferences through their browser settings or any

privacy controls made available on our website. Where required by applicable law, FFT will provide additional

disclosures and obtain consent before using certain nonessential cookies or tracking technologies.

8. Email Marketing and Newsletters

If you subscribe to Fryer Field Notes or other FFT communications, we may use your contact details to send the

requested newsletters, travel updates, and permitted promotions. Marketing emails will offer an unsubscribe method.

Opting out of marketing will not prevent essential messages about active services or reservations.

9. International Travel and Transfers

Arranging international travel may require sharing relevant traveler information with suppliers outside the United States.

Other countries may provide different privacy protections. We share information as reasonably necessary to arrange the

travel services you request.

10. Your Privacy Choices

You may contact us to request access to or correction or deletion of personal information we maintain, update

communication preferences, or withdraw consent for optional marketing. We will consider requests in accordance with

applicable laws and business record-keeping obligations, and may ask to verify your identity.

11. Information About Other Travelers

If you submit personal information about another traveler, you are responsible for having appropriate authority or

permission to share it for travel planning and bookings. We may communicate directly with individual travelers to confirm

important details as needed.

12. Children's Information

We do not knowingly solicit personal information directly from children through our website. When necessary for family

or group travel, information concerning minors may be supplied by a parent, legal guardian, or other appropriately

authorized person.

13. Third-Party Websites

Our website and itineraries may link to third-party websites and booking services. Their privacy practices are governed

by their own policies, which we encourage you to review.

14. Changes to This Policy
